Own The Flyover

The Flyover Is Now Reader-Owned—And That Changes Everything

We’re not just reporting the news—we’re rebuilding trust in it. Here are five of the top reasons why now is the time to own a piece of The Flyover.

We’ve always said: We serve our readers, not corporate bosses.

Now, we’re putting that into action.

The Flyover is now reader-owned, which means you can own a piece of what we believe is one of the most trusted news brands in America.

Here’s why that matters:

No corporate ownership.

We don’t answer to VC boardrooms or hedge funds. We answer to you—our readers.

No celebrity journalists.

You won’t find our writers chasing fame or followers. Our editors and reporters work behind the scenes, focused on facts, not likes. We’re building the Flyover brand, not personal brands.

Fact-first, not flashy.

Legacy media has lost trust. And they’ve earned it.

We’re here to replace that lost trust with clear, accurate, common-sense news for common-sense Americans.

Humility still matters.

We don’t pretend to be perfect. If we get something wrong, we own it and fix it. That’s the promise.

We aren’t about ego. We’re about building something better—together.

With a minimum investment of just $750 ($2/share) you can become a co-owner of The Flyover and help reshape American news from the ground up.

Invest in The Flyover

We believe the people who value the news should have a stake in how it’s made.

Help us build the future of news—by becoming an owner of The Flyover today.

The Roundup

Article Icon 1Crackdown on Robocalls

Attorney General Jeff Jackson is leading Operation Robocall Roundup, a national effort that issued warnings to 37 providers in a bipartisan push to stop illegal robocalls.

North Carolina ranks among the top five states for spam calls, receiving 200 million calls monthly, according to Jackson, who is targeting companies that route robocalls through their networks.

Jackson said companies have three weeks to comply with regulations aimed at protecting people from illegal and disruptive robocalls.

Two AI-powered schools from Alpha School, a private company with campuses in Texas and Florida, are set to open this fall in Charlotte and Raleigh.

The schools use AI tutors instead of teachers, guiding students through personalized plans focused on academics and practical skills like leadership, public speaking, and entrepreneurship.

Alpha Raleigh is accepting students for kindergarten through third grade and plans to expand to eighth grade in the future.

Article Icon 1NC Vets Recognized by Trump

President Trump honored John Gallina, co-founder of a Statesville nonprofit that helps veterans with accessible housing, during a White House reception on National Purple Heart Day.

John Gallina and fellow combat-wounded veteran Dale Beatty founded Purple Heart Homes in 2008, completing nearly 1,500 projects nationwide, building and modifying homes for accessibility. Purple Heart Homes has also helped build tiny homes for homeless veterans and hosted a free concert to raise support for veterans.

Lt. Col. Ed O’Neal of Rockingham and Sgt. 1st Class Jeffrey Wolters of Pinehurst also received recognition.
