➤ Raleigh: Aurora Garcia-Moso was arrested for animal cruelty after running a suspected puppy mill involving over 100 dogs and 21 chickens that were neglected and underfed. The animals were surrendered to Raleigh Animal Control, with some being cared for by rescue organizations. (More)
